How to make Pesto
What you'll need to make 1 jar of Pesto:
9 oz of Basil
2 Cups of Olive Oil
3 Garlic Cloves
1 Hot Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Pignoli
1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Tablespoon of Pecorino Cheese
Cut everything up into very fine pieces. You can either use a knife or you can use a mixer and let that chop it up for you. The mixer may save some time if you have a tight schedule. When you use the mixer you have to add olive oil to it. When cut with hand you add the oil once everything is in the jar.
Here is the Pesto when it's all done.
