How to Make Lasagna

How to make Lasagna

What you'll need:

4 Cans of or 4 Jars Tomato Sauce
Half Onions
Parsley
3 Cloves of Garlic
1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Pounds Ground Beef
Mozzarella Cheese
2 Pounds Lasagna Pasta
Parmigiana Cheese
4 Eggs Eggs
2 Pounds of Ricotta Cheese

First begin by frying the diced garlic and onions in the olive oil. Then once the garlic and onions are a bit browned put the ground beef in. Cook the beef until it is fully cooked then you can also add a glass of white wine to it. Then let the wine cook in with the beef for a bout 5 minutes. If you don't add the wine you can already add the tomato sauce. Once the 5 minutes is up add the tomato sauce. Let the tomato sauce cook with the ground beef for about 2 hours; I recommend 3 hours for better taste.

Now take the ricotta cheese and dump it into a big bowl. Drop in 4 raw eggs, 3 spoons of parmigiana cheese, 4 spoons of mozzarella cheese, half jar of tomato sauce and 1 spoon of chopped parsley. Mix it all up.

Cook the Lasagna pasta then have it ready for layering the Lasagna. Make sure you let the pasta cool off before you begin layering. Now begin to spread a thin layer of tomato sauce in the aluminum pan. Now put a layer of lasagna pasta then on top of that add another layer of tomato sauce and mozzarella, ricotta cheese and parmigiana cheese. Next continue this process until you get to the top of the pan.

Next pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Then put the lasagna in for about 2 hours or check the lasagna until it is ready. Enjoy!
