Italian Fish Salad Recipe

How to make Fish Salad

What you'll need:


1 1/2 Pound of Scallops
2 Pounds Shrimp
1 Pound Crab Meat
2 Pounds Calamari

2 Pounds of Octopus
2 Pounds of Mussels
Half Pound of Black Olives
12 Lemons for Lemon Juice
1 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Spoons Chopped Parsley

6 Cloves of Garlic
Salt-To Taste
1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper

How to Prepare:


Boil all the fish separately with a half spoon of salt. When you boil the calamari, once it's done save about 2 cups of water from the pot. Once your done you need to let all the fish cool down in cold water; takes about 5 minutes. Then once all the fish is cool, you need to cut all of the fish into bite size pieces as shown in the pictures.

As you can see in the last picture you need to then put all of the fish into one big bowl. Now you need to add the olive oil, chopped parsley, chopped garlic, black pepper, calamari juice, salt and lemon juice. Mix everything up and then cover the bowl and let it sit in a refrigerator for 1 hour. What I like to do when I serve this fish salad dish is to add a tablespoon of olive oil onto each serving.
